ASICS appoints Andreas Moll to lead Marketing, Merchandising and Product in EMEA

Former Running Category Director, Andreas Moll appointed Vice President of Categories for EMEA to drive continued growth

[4 February 2025 – Hoofddorp, The Netherlands] – ASICS has appointed Andreas Moll to Vice President of Category, leading Marketing, Merchandising and Product for ASICS across EMEA. Andreas will be responsible for driving continued growth in Performance Running, SportStyle and Core Performance Sports, such as Tennis and Indoor, across the region.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the sports industry, Andreas has a proven track record of advancing product categories and driving brand success in the competitive marketplace. Before assuming his current role, he served as Category Director of Running at ASICS for two years, where he played a pivotal role in optimising the running product portfolio and enhancing brand visibility across Europe. His strategic vision and leadership significantly contributed to the brand’s recognition as a leader in the running category, successfully launching innovative products that catered to the evolving needs of athletes.

Andreas's journey within ASICS began as Merchandise Manager Footwear in 2012. Over the years, he advanced to roles such as Senior Merchandise Manager Footwear EMEA and Merchandising Director Footwear. His diverse background also includes impactful tenures at PUMA and Amer Sports Corporation in Germany, where he developed a robust understanding of consumer insights and market dynamic.

Andreas was appointed to the role in January 2025, replacing Gary Raucher, who became Global Head of Marketing at ASICS.
