[5 May 2026 – HOOFDDORP, THE NETHERLANDS] – Building on the legacy of the brand's most iconic stability franchise, ASICS announces the launch of the GEL-KAYANO™ 33 shoe. Designed to deliver a new level of comfort and support, this model introduces a reimagined stability system with dual-layer cushioning to create a smoother and plusher running experience.
Staying true to the ASICS Design Philosophy, the GEL-KAYANO™ 33 shoe introduces key advancements to further enhance both stability and cushioning. At the core of this evolution is FLUIDSUPPORT™ technology, a new stability system developed through extensive research and testing to work in harmony with the body’s natural movement. It provides forward guidance from heel strike to toe-off, helping to deliver reliable support and smoother transitions.
The midsole features a new dual-layer construction, with a top layer of FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning delivering soft, lightweight and responsive comfort, paired with FF BLAST™ PLUS foam below to help cradle the foot and provide enhanced stability. Together, this combination creates a balanced ride that feels plush, supportive and comfortable.

Additionally, strategically placed PureGEL™ technology enhances shock absorption and promotes smoother transitions for a more effortless ride. This is paired with a redesigned engineered mesh upper that helps improve breathability and deliver a more adaptive, secure fit, while a lighter overall construction helps runners move more freely and efficiently.
